Our Company
Base Companies (Base) utilizes real estate to build and strengthen Communities by globally, managing the many moving components involved with real estate development (i.e., Land control, Development Agreements, Financing, Construction, Municipal Approvals and Relationships, Plan Design, Economic Development Incentives, etc…). Base is not a general contractor yet has decades of general contracting experience. Using polite, professional competition; Base is able to utilize its general contracting experience and knowledge to arrive at the lowest, fixed (not to exceed) construction costs while mitigating risks of change orders through the incorporation of well-defined project scope and specification documents into the project’s construction contract. The Base process takes time, however, is worth the patience.
With 20+ years of experience and dedication to the redevelopment of Green Bay’s urban core, Base Companies stands proud of its past, present, and future commitments.
