The Bay Area Workforce Development Board represents 11 Counties in Northeast Wisconsin and strives to cultivate a skilled and competitive workforce, meeting the needs of individuals and employers throughout the region.

Our organization sought out the Rail Yard Innovation District as our new home as an opportunity to work alongside likeminded individuals and organizations that are focused on giving back to the community.
