Cannery Public Market to support entrepreneurs with new test kitchen format
The Cannery Public Market is returning to Green Bay — now as a test kitchen designed to encourage food and restaurant businesses to thrive.
The Cannery shut down roughly three years ago due to COVID-19, but now it’s back and ready to bring new life to the area.
The test kitchen set-up will provide educational and technical support to multiple vendors — mitigating the risk for entrepreneurs who may not have the means to start their business on their own.
